Return Policy

 

• You have 10 working days from the time you receive your order to make an exchange or return. For more information, go to return policy section in the footer of the home page.  To make an exchange or return an item, you must send it to us to:

• The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping for the exchange and/or return. Returns must be sent in the same state in which they are received. Inside the original transparent packaging and with all labels (including the hygiene sticker). If the items are received in poor condition, no refund will be made. We will be very strict with the state of the item (makeup stains, scents, etc) as a matter of hygiene.

• Once the quality control has been passed, we will refund the amount of the returned item. The refund will be made in the original method of payment.

• We will not accept any returns or exchanges on promotional items or items purchased on sale.

• Please note, INNATA WOMEN reserves the right to refuse all returns that do not meet these conditions.

• If you receive a wrong order or a defective product, we ask you to contact us immediately, within 24 hours, at the following email address, explaining the error or defect, along with your personal details: info@innatawomen.com
